How does Bespot’s Gatekeeper pricing work?

Gatekeeper uses a flat monthly plan with a set number of API/SDK credits. When you need more, you can add extra credits or move to a higher plan tier — no hidden fees, no surprises.

How does Gatekeeper Enterprise Scale pricing work?

For large volumes or specific compliance needs, we offer custom Enterprise Scale plans with dedicated pricing, volume discounts, and optional data isolation per customer. Our team will tailor the offer to your usage and integration model, whether you’re handling millions of events per month or require custom SLAs.

What is a credit?

A credit is a single token that corresponds to one fraud detection request made by your app through our SDKs or APIs.Each time a player signs up, logs in, or performs a transaction, one credit is used.

Is Bespot Gatekeeper free to use?

Yes. We offer a Free Tier designed for solo game developers and testing use cases. It includes limited credits and one app or organization, so you can experience Gatekeeper without any commitment.

What happens when I hit my usage limits?

  • On Free plans, fraud requests beyond your monthly limit are paused until the next billing cycle.

  • On Paid plans, overage is enabled automatically; you only pay for the extra credits used, which appear on your next invoice.

Do my credits roll over to next month?

No, credits reset at the end of each billing period. Any unused credits expire automatically.

Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time?

Absolutely. Feel free to change or cancel your plan anytime by contacting our support team. Soon, you’ll also be able to manage upgrades and downgrades directly from your account dashboard.

How do I move from Free to a paid plan?

When you’re ready, simply choose your preferred plan on the pricing page. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, and all paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied.
